Abseiling, or rappelling as it known in some parts of the world, is an adventure activity which involves going down a rope, usually on a cliff or waterfall. It is fairly easy to learn the technique. Most people pickup the skills in a few hours.

The activity involves walking down a cliff backwards, using a harness to support your body. You feed out rope, as you descend. As you gain more skills your feet can leave the rock face as you leap and move faster towards the ground.

Abseiling is one of the most useful adventure sports. It is extremely thrilling and a great way to access beautiful remote places few people get to experience. Learning to abseil takes just a few hours, while giving you memories and skills that will last so much longer.

We’ll adjust your abseiling adventure to suit your skills and experience. Book your abseiling adventure today!
